Value Package

VP means Value package. It isn't the basic package, it may include a CD, sunroof and power accessories for a set price that is cheaper than many other trim levels. to insure you are getting the most for your money compare apples to apples, what size engine, accessories and power features on each trim package to include a VP trim and you will be able to get the most for your money.
