I've been thinking about getting a scooter or a motorcycle to get to school. I've never ridden a motorcycle and all the used ones for like 5-600 need some work I'm not sure I know how to do. Or the ones that run well aren't road legal and I don't know how to make it road legal.

I wonder if 3 wheelers are road legal. I'm seeing lots of those for good prices.
