Yeah, rear quarters will need to be replaced if they can't be fixed. They sell replacement panels on ebay for pretty cheap, but I don't know how well they match up. You should be able to order quarters at an auto/body supply shop, but you'll have to cut out the part you're getting rid of, weld up the new quarter, and most importantly, measure and match the two patches pretty damn close, otherwise you'll just end up with another panel full of holes and bondo. :hs:
