Wow, that is horrible and all thanks to a fucking drunk. I realize why its considered manslaughter but in my opinion, people of that age should be charged with murder. Sure it wasnt premeditated and there was no intention to cause harm, but guess what? These repeated stories of this shit happening ARE. This isnt a new concept. I think the first beer in them is premeditated enough if youre fucking stupid enough to get behind a wheel. The same goes for any drug.
