I dont know if you are aware that the door panel is really a plastic...you can cut out the surrounding back area of the front speaker section by just taking a knife!!
I know that you anywant wants to do a great and neat job...but you dont need any special tool to make a nice round hole...just follow the perimenter as a guide!!
