The reason why you get the answering machine is that they don't have time to talk to ppl about installing there springs, what exhaust is better, yada yada yada. There too busy trying to get all your guys orders shipped ON TIME.
If you look really hard, you probably can find a better deal....there always is. But if your time is valuable and want a good price on springs or whatever, go with them.
im not exactly just some guy that decides i wanted to call them to inundate them with tech questions. i actually placed an order, gave them my credit card number, and had a few questions about shipping.
in any event, i did finally get a hold of them and everything seems good to go. i spoke with a guy named george and he seemed like a really nice guy. from what ive seen so far barring the fact that its hard to get a hold of anybody there, id recommend them.
