I go straight to the gym after work cause if I don't than I shower and start unwinding and won't ever get back out the house. Monday is the only day I don't hit the gym cause I work 7am till 8pm, by the time I get off work I go home make some food and crash. Rest of the week I am off by 5, home from the gym by 6:30 and then I shower. If I am up to it I go hang with the fellas etc. If I am tired than I just eat and vedge on some TV
