I'm assuming you used the stock Si engine harness and injectors. What distributor did you use? Still the pm6 fromt he d16a6? Take off the distributor cap and check for power going to the coil with the key on. If you have power there, check power at the ignitor. There is a good write up on testing it on either Haynes or Chilton... The factory service manual is junk for that.
Did you do the swap? Check the ground on the thermostat housing?
