A more specific description or, even better, a pic would help. Depending on the part damaged, it may not need replaced. As long as it isn't letting air into the system without first passing through the filter.
I'm not sure what that filter box looks like, but if you broke the top, or post-filter, part of the box, you might just be able to use some epoxy resin (basically turns into plastic) to fix it.
