Did you replace the clutch yourself? Did you adjust the pedal after doing so?

Synchro's may be on their way out. Synchromesh is a band aid solution, but it might help for a while. Replacing them is very costly, usually a used tranny will be much cheaper, unless your willing to do the labor yourself. Its not too terribly hard if you have access to feeler gauges and a press.
