Default How to.. remove heater/instruments trims?!

Hi there!!,
I hope this is not the 1000th time someone asks for this, but I couldn't find anything by searching the archived messages..

Problem No.1:
My black Civic has one of the bulbs under the RPM and tachometer burned out. So, at night, you can't see part of the instruments due to the lack of illumination.

Question: How do I take the black trim apart? Do you have any precise procedure to follow and (better!!) some pics to show?

Problem No.2:
My other pewter gray Civic has one of the bulbs showing the temperature controls of the heater/climate control burned out, too. Green LEDs for the air flow positions are perfect, but I think one (of the two?) bulbs under the red/blue lines died.

Question: How do I take the heater/climate control face trim apart? Do you have any precise procedure to follow and (better!!) some pics to show?

This is the pic of a dashboard like mine:

Please reply, as this is very important to me!!
