I've never gotten worse than 27mpg but I average 29mpg and occasionally get up to 31mpg.
I fill up when almost empty. I drive about 70% city and 30% highway on a daily basis.
Your only supposed to run premium in the Si. Otherwise it can cause pinging and power loss. Not sure if it would effect MPG though.
