Yeah, just find a suitable length of hose. The way I made the intake from a '93 Accord work on my '92 civic was to actually wrap the hose around the intake tube before connecting it to the breather. Otherwise, I believe you could install a filter end to the breather(and just seal off the "nipple"), as it's the vacuum at the PCV valve into the manifold that draws air into the breather, not the force of air in the intake.
