Well, trade #1 is officially complete between the Raptors and the Pacers

Pacers get:
TJ Ford
Rasho Nesterovic
#17 overall pick

Raptors get:
Jermaine O'Neal

Huge trade. Side note, we found out that Baron is not opting out of the final year of his contract...phew...but, the Pistons are interested apparently.
