Mini-golf reminds me of high school but I think a small pastry shop (as already mentioned) is a great idea. Even hitting a nice bar or jazz club will work well.

Something like "Hey, I heard about this place that serves awesome drinks and has great jazz, I've never been there want to check it out? ". You've got plenty of outs in that situation. If she wants to stay friends, you guys would get closer, if she wants you romantically you'll be 3 drinks away from banging.
