Depends on time of day I think sometimes. Lunch would be more casual time, whereas around going near dusk it can be more romantic.
Basket, blanket, bottle of wine (check local laws about drinking in public), sessy glasses for the wine, and if white wine or champagne don't forget to put the ring in the glass first!
