I think it's great they are exploring other forms of energy for cars, but I don't think batteries are the way to go. Batteries are not environmentally friendly to make or dispose of. Think of all the energy that goes into making them and all the energy that will go into charging them. Many power companies are coal or natural gas. The prices on these are starting to go up.(thanks again China) The price of energy is not going down and our power grid is stressed enough with out adding battery chargers to it. We need to start working more on the atomic level. What we need is a Mr Fusion.
