And a really old one, that's cheesy but I still love playing it is Postal 2. I still find new stuff to do in that game every time I play it.

I like the open source games Wormux (it's like the old Worms game) and Frets on Fire (it's like Guitar Hero but uses your keyboard, like a guitar, it's better than you think)
