Might I suggest if you're going to be doing this, you might as well do an ITR rear sway? Directions are similar to what 2001TEGGSR posted, but with just a few additional steps. Totally worth it.
I wouldn't recomed this without the ASR brace or some other form of subframe reinforcement.
