someone asked me this but i have no clue

is it better to have a higher bus speed or higher processor speed? what would you recommend out of these 2 processors?!

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86GHz FSB:1066 Cache: 2MB
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.20GHz FSB:800 Cache: 2MB
