I still need to work on adjusting to the lower tolerance. I don't really go out drinking very often any more, but when I do and get a few in me I forget that it's going to affect me faster.

So for example:

Last night I had half a pitcher of sangria during dinner from 6-7:30, one martini at about 7:45, went to a 2-hour concert where I didn't drink anything, 1 gin & tonic at around 10:30, 2 mojitos from 11 to 1, and attempted to drink a gin & tonic at the evening's last stop but neither I nor the ladyfriend really wanted to finish that last drink so we just left.

That's not an "insignificant" amount of alcohol but I feel pretty worked over this morning.
