i've got the rear setup on my pool table here. spring rates on the rears are 44 which when i talked to ground control was 250lb/inch. so that's correct for the rears. and the sleeves i kept together with the coil when i took it out of the box.

when the car is lowered on the ground with 1 finger gap between the top of the tire and the fender if you peek behind the tire and look at the suspension you can see the koni strut fully compressed up to the bumpstop. the bumpstop keeps the care from bottoming out. so if the shock is already touching the bumpstop that means i'm basically bottoming out the strut just at a stand still.
