I've removed several domestic market sheering wheels they all appear have same thread gearing on the steering column output shaft. In addition, they all used the same exact type of clips to connect airbags and cruise control. The key to the swap is you will need the wheel and air bag$$$$. You will also need to make sure you have the exact same swith for cruise and such with the new wheel b/c you may not be able to attach your current cruise switch to the new wheel b/c each wheel does have its own monting holes and brakets for accesories.
