Went through inspection the 3rd time and failed again. I used that GUARENTEED EMISSIONS crap and failed worse than the previous 2 times. So I pulled the O2 sensor and exchanged it because I kept getting a code 41. Cleaned all the termials and replaced, no code 41 any longer. I'm driving out the rest of that emissions crap and will try again next week. I'll address the VSS issue this weekend if it doesn't rain.
