I got $5,666 for lost wages on top of the insurance for the car. At the time my mom didn't want to chase after her parents. They actually came to my house the following month to see how I was doing, and still do from time to time, she herself isn't a bad kid at all and doesn't even drink no more. The world meets nobody half way. You have to do what is best for yourself. If you feel you made the right choice then I support that. Your list of injuries alone just indicated some pain and suffering was definitely due. But hey, if you bounced back and are good to go then that is the silver lining. You cannot place a price on health.
So is the 17 y/o a good looking girl? Any chance of you two going on a date or something out of this whole ordeal?
