So in an effort to be healtier...
I have eliminated sodas from my repertoire of daily foods. Sodas including energy drinks. I would drink both all the time to combat fatigue at work and even after work.
Also, I've eliminated processed cheese in sandwiches/hoagies and substituted oil for mayo. Back in training I used to drink a lot of water then once I got to McGuire I was back to drinking sodas, so I'm trying to drink more water again. Once I get used to this change, eventually I plan to tackle smoking again.
