Sherk has pretty fierce ground and pound. I've never seen him lay and pray. A guy with a good guard can slow down the fight a bit but he still keeps and incredible pace.
I disagree. Sherk gets in the guard and doesnt do anything. I've yet to see him do any significant damage from the guard. He couldn't even take out Franca
