Penn by second round RNC. Penn is going to wear him down standing up since Sherk has poor stand up and short arms don't help any. Penn's striking looks a little sloppy but he has some weight behind his strikes that'll test Sherk's chin for sure. Yes, Sherk does have an inhumane gas tank and strength but Penn is the guy who tooled Hughes twice almost and he's far more deadly than Sherk can imagine.
Machida by unanimous decision. Tito's game has always relied on cardio and strength with little to no striking skill but he's past his prime. He never had a respectable camp and shown any growth all of these years of beating questionable opponents so Machida takes this one soundly. When you train with a camp full of former and current champions along with being a horrible style matchup for Ortiz the only way he'll win is a miracle KO that isn't likely especially when he took a few flush shots from Soko and didn't phase him all that much.
I'm excited to see Toquinho and Kim fight in their UFC debuts so let's hope they'll showcase both of them. :-)
