Ok a flight from San Diego to NY is like 6 hours.
Dude got on the flight b/c flight attendant (who probably wasn't working, just riding in a passenger seat back to NY) said she'd ride in the jump seat.
1.5 hours into the flight, flight attendant changes her mind, pilot says dude has to give his passenger seat back to the flight attendant. Dude says "ok I'll go to the jumpseat," to which the pilot tells him, "nope employees only, see yourself to the lavatory."
That means he rode in the bathroom for 4.5 hours, give or take.
What about that could possibly be dude's fault? I know full well I'd think long and hard talking back to the pilot of an airplane when there's probably armed air marshals on board and making a fuss of any sort is liable to get me arrested for some kind of homeland security violation.
