yes it does. one guy in my platoon got shot square in the ass from 3 feet by our instructor because he wasnt moving fast enough. :chuckles: another got shot in the elbow where the round broke the skin.
One guy caught a round right between his knuckles from about 5 feet. Wound looks nasty as hell.
