I think cops are stupid when they do that. I remember one time in miami a cop did that to me. Jumped out from the bushes and I had to slam on my brakes since he caught me off guard.

I basically jumped out of the car and started screaming at this cop. Despite me having NY plates in FL he should of known we dont play that .

At the end he gave me a no seat belt ticket.
Maybe next time they'll think before jumping out in front of a moving vehicle.
