Go with tein. Ive used their suspension on 3 builds, and will be using the "Basic Dampers" on my current budget EK build.

The first car I owned was a 98 Prelude, saved for 3 years to buy a new first car! I had used the SS kit and I loved it, best set-up I think for the money! Have used the tein S-techs for a WRX and my last ride-06 Civic Si.
