Sure. You'd have to isolate the region of the brain the senses visual perception. Not necessarily the optical nerve because that would simply show you what the eyes are seeing (which may not be what a person "sees" right before they die). Where that is exactly on the brain might be known already. But how to tap into it and transfer what the brain is visualizing into a digital image you could display on a screen would be the tricky part. I think we're a little far from that now. But sure, in 100 years why not.
