one pass w/ shaving cream w/ the grain, then splash warm/hot water on & while pulling skin tight w/ other hand, go against the grain....doing that way, mine is normally still pretty smooth for a long time after

I have a friend that shaves his head daily and he swears by it. He also uses their shaving cream (HeadSlick).

You used to have to buy the products online, but I have seen them in Walgreens here in Tucson.
