On my '98 (I would imagine it would probably be the same place or a similar spot on your car), the drain plug (for an auto tranny) is located on the tranny casing behind where your passenger side front wheel is. Basically, just look around the casing until you see something that looks similar to a bolt, but is round with a square in the center. You need to simply take a 3/8" rachet, put it right in the square, and turn to drain it. When you put the fluid back in, just pour it down the same hole that you take your tranny dipstick out of. Its kind of wedged in there, and its a pain to pour into, but you'll figure out a way. I just used a funnel, and then manuevered the bottles in there and eventually found a way to do it.
