You should be able to i guess, even though i do not know why you would. Head units aren't terribly expensive and if you are wanting a good quality amplifier, subs, etc etc. you will already be spending some money. You midas well buy a head unit since you are going to be spending the money anyway, plus i dont know where the remote wire for the amplifier would be in the back of a stock head unit.... ive never looked so it may be there, but idk! i highly, highly suggest an aftermarket head unit!
