its really easy......run the car to warm it up, put the front of the car up on jackstands so that its on an angle so it will drain better, remove the drain plug with a 3/8 inch ratchet, let the fluid drain out, put the plug back in, pour in the new fluid (Honda tranny fluid), start up the car, shift it through all the gears slowly a few times, check the fluid level, and add more fluid if you need it. It should only take you about a half hour to do...its even easier than changing your oil.
