If it wasn't already obvious that some of the Accord's styling cues were implemented in the Sonata's design, Hyundai had to refresh the Sonata's rear tail lamps like Honda did with the 2005 Honda Accord (completely red with only a small strip of clear lense for the reverse light). The interior does seem to be a visual improvement over the 2006-2007 Sonata though.
