lol... consider urself lucky... 120K will only be good for a downpayment in bay area, california.
condo with 1000 sqft, 2 br, 2 bath, 1 garage will cost u $360K. i need to move out of the bay... otherwise i'd be broke and can't afford buying a house. lol
