You purchased an ENTIRE distributer? It was either your coil or ignitor. IF your tach moves when u try to start it, then its your coil. Otherwise its your ignitor. I'm assumingyour car died instantly and didnt sputter or anything. WHen it died, did the rpm's instantly fall to zero even tho you know the engine was moving?
