When you remove the head, you need to measure it to see if it is within specs. If not then find a machine shop that will do the work for you. You need to ask them how they prefer the head and what they charge. Most places have different costs depending on how you deliver the head and what you want them to do. Do you want them to also do the valve stem seals or will you do that, do you want them to do a valve job, etc.
