I might be wrong, but I think you buy the maps are registered per system and not user account. A friend of mine was trying to get the maps to another console for our LAN party. He couldn't get it to work even though he recovered his account to the other box. There must be some way to back them or transfer them to another box, but we couldn't figure it out.
