Neuspeed Sports on a 5G Civic lowered 2" in front and 1.25" in the rear (I took before and after measurements). The spring rate is matched well to the stock dampers, giving a comfortable daily driving ride.
However, the spring rate is too soft for that kind of drop. There's less suspension travel, and the car bottomed out easily. In steady state corners (hotlapping or Solo2) the tires (stock size) hit the fender liners. Even during something as simple as a U-turn, the tires would rub the fender liner.
If all you do is daily drive (ie, no spirited/competition driving) they are okay, but I'd recommend Eibach Pro-Kit over the Neuspeed Sports. Neuspeed advertised as 1.5" all around lowering, which was not the case.
