i am talking about oversea's rico. i didn't state that in my post. we should stop pushing american thinking and culture onto countries in their home turf.

if you go to a country to live you should learn the language and accept the culture. don't forget you're though. there are plenty of ittle italies, china towns, japan tons, jamaiican towns. the only place that isn't true (learn the language) is the usa.

my uncle moved to the netherlands, he had to learn dutch before getting any kind of job. same thing with my friend who lived in japan, you had to take a proficiency test before getting a job.
