according to the lab results, my cholesterol is higher than it should be. also, my heart *might* have a slight murmur... i guess the scale for murmur is 1-6 and mine is "maybe 1" .... and then there might be something wrong with one of my heart valves, i cant remember the technical name but basically, one of the valves might not be sealing up tight sometimes, causing my heart to work harder than normal. :hsugh: im only fuckin 26... what is 50 going to be like?

i have a sonogram on my heart on Friday... hopefully they find nothing and the valve problem goes from being a maybe to a no.

they told me today that i should start exercising again and watching my saturated fats... so i am going to do both ... but i still hope that there is nothing else going on in there ...
