Not completely true. UDMs had very limited reports of problems when they were first released years ago. The problems (mostly an electrical switch issue) has been long since fixed and most buyers are 100% satisfied with them. They offer great advantages over a PC (reduced vibrations... your arms will thank you!) and (greater correcting power - your swirls will curse you!). But there are no current known problems with the latest UDMs.
