Yeal im about to do the same thing with my del sol also. i've already got the fenders but i've already ran into some problems. the first problem is that the 99 fender is a bit short, so i'll have to add some bondo or something to make it blend in with the door. it doesn't seem like alot of work to do because the 99 is only the next gen of the civic, so the frame is still very similar. now that i'm thinking about it, it may not be such a good idea to convert it into a 99 front end. but i still think it's much nicer to see a del so with a 99 front end conversion.
