nah i have a really BIG ass tip.. it's bigger than a GReddy evo's and i never scratch it and my car's on neuspeed race springs (2" drop in the back).. you shouldn't have much problem w/ scraping ur muffler

also, if u get a universal and ur getting it off ebay.. do NOT get that OBX stuff.. get something w/ a name brand like Apex'i or 5Zigen.. Trust me, you don't want the car to sound like every other weedwhacking civic out there (like mine :exnbp: )
