You will have to unbolt those 4 bolts on the front, but you have to get the rotor/hub off the knuckle first. That's where I used the old headbolts. After I got the knuckle with the rotor and hub to swing out from the CV joint, I removed the 4 bolts holding the hub bearing on, inserted the 4 old head bolts and used a hammer to tap on those. The assembly then comes off the knuckle. The you remove the 4 front bolts and continue with the rotor change.
I don't have air tools either.
