cyl 6 misfire. any ideas what may cause that?

I suspect I got bad gas the other night. About 15-20 miles after i filled up CEL came on. Car sounded like it sputtered by the noise of the muffler.
Car feels like it drives fine. Reset light last night and hasnt returned.
